Is 10s Tracker free to use?
Yes! 10s Tracker offers a free plan with basic match tracking, up to 50 matches per month, and limited AI Coach uses. Upgrade to Pro ($9.99/month) for unlimited matches, advanced statistics, and full AI Coach access.
Can I track matches offline?
Yes, you can track matches without an internet connection. Your match data will sync automatically when you're back online. Note that live scoring requires an internet connection to share with spectators.
How do parents follow their child's matches?
Parents can create a Parent account and link their child's profile. When a match is being tracked, parents receive a notification and can follow the live score. They can also share the spectator link with family and friends - no account needed to watch!
What tournament formats are supported?
10s Tracker supports single elimination, double elimination, round robin, round robin with playoffs, compass draws, and feed-in consolation brackets. You can also configure custom match formats including pro sets, match tiebreaks, and short sets for junior events.
How do tournament payments work?
Tournament organizers can collect entry fees through our integrated Stripe payment system. We support credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Organizers receive payouts to their connected Stripe account, minus platform fees (12-15% depending on volume) and standard Stripe processing fees.
Can I export my match data?
Yes! Pro users can export their complete match history as CSV files. Go to Profile > Match History > Export to download your data. Tournament organizers can also export registration lists and tournament results.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Supabase for secure data storage with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
